Aluminum sulfate occurs naturally near volcanic areas (n.a.,n.d.).
Mixing aluminium sulfate in the soil of plants like blueberries, rhododendrons, azaleas and to hydrangeas, changes the colour of the plants to blue (Pappas, 2014).
